Questions we get most.

What is an EV charger operations suite?

It is the internal software a CPO team uses to operate a charging network: monitoring, alerts, remote fixes, firmware updates, tariff changes, field-service tickets and SLA reports. It complements the CMS, which handles drivers and billing.

Can you manage firmware updates across mixed charger brands?

Yes, for chargers that support OCPP firmware management profiles. We build staged OTA campaigns with automatic rollback, and deeper control for chargers running firmware we developed.

How does ticketing work for field technicians?

Alerts auto-create tickets with charger diagnostics attached. Technicians get a mobile view with site info, fault history and a guided checklist, and closing the ticket updates uptime and SLA reports automatically.

We already have a CMS. Why do we need this?

A CMS answers 'who charged and how do we bill it'. An operations suite answers 'is every charger healthy, who is fixing what, and are we meeting SLA'. Most CPOs run this in spreadsheets today, which breaks past about 100 chargers.
